Did You Know? The Calypso metal flower cans and glass concentrate jars are 100% recyclable – let’s work together to keep them out of the landfill! Bring your cans and jars back to RISE Erie and help us support sustainable practices and charitable giving in the greater Erie community.
Here’s how it works – it’s simple:
Rinse→Remove→Drop off at Rise Erie
Clean out your jar or can (including the pull tab and child resistant plastic lid) with a quick rinse. Then, remove any labels from each part. Next, drop off all the parts at our recycling depot, located at RISE Erie.
These parts travel back to our facility where they are sorted, inspected, and sterilized. The glass and metal are recycled locally.
We avoid the landfill, and money earned from recycling is put back into the community by charitable giving through Calypso Cares.

We have developed and implemented a diversity strategy that supports a welcoming and inclusive workplace as well as community initiatives that appeal to all walks of life.
Employees are each incentivized and encouraged to complete a full day of volunteerism in the community.
